Learn how to properly maintain and care for your highest quality Japanese kitchen knives with Josh Donald, co-founder of Bernal Cutlery! You'll learn the process of sharpening a Japanese chef knife on Japanese whetstones from start to finish, and all students will be provided both knives and stones to use during the class. No previous experience is required to participate and all are welcome. Please let us know if you have any accommodation requirements.
